Exciting parties for your child at Loose Rock Riding Center

Looking for a place to have a child's party? Our child's party package: and any add-ons you would like will delight your child and guests. We are open year round and have an indoor space in case it rains or is cold outside. Please call or email for reservations. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a party booking date.

Childs Party Packages: All party packages will have a member from our staff leading your child and guests on one of our ponies.

 

COPPER (2 hour party)

$175. up to 12 Children  $5. extra for each additional child                                                                                         

Party Consists of:   

* Exclusive access to Loose Rock Riding Center for 2 hours

  (play ground, party room)

* Pony rides for all children (1 hour use of pony)

* use of western hats & bandanas

* horse cake 

* paper goods (plates, napkins, plastic ware)

 

BRONZE (2 hour party)

$250. up to 12 Children  $5. extra for each additional child                                                                                         

Party Consists of:   

* Exclusive access to Loose Rock Riding Center for 2 hours

  (play ground, party room, and petting zoo)

* Pony rides for all children (1 hour use of pony)

* use of western hats & bandanas

* horse cake 

* paper goods (plates, napkins, plastic ware)

* gift from Loose Rock Riding Center

 

SILVER (2 hour party)

(our most popular package)

$300. up to 12 Children  $5. extra for each additional child                                                                                          

Party Consists of:   

* Exclusive access to Loose Rock Riding Center for 2 hours

* Pizza (3 large 8 slice)

* beverage (sweet tea & kool-aid)

GOLD (2 ½ hour party)

$350. up to 12 Children  $5. extra for each additional child                                                                                          

Party Consists of:   

* Exclusive access to Loose Rock Riding Center for 2 ½ hours

  (play ground, party room, and petting zoo)

* Pony rides for all children (1 hour use of pony)

* use of western hats & bandanas

* Pizza (3 large 8 slice)

PLATNIUM (3 hour party)

$500. up to 15 Children  $5. extra for each additional child                                                                                          

Party Consists of:   

* Exclusive access to Loose Rock Riding Center for 3 hours

  (play ground, party room, and petting zoo)

* Pony rides for all children (1 ½ hour use of 2 ponies)

* use of western hats & bandanas

* Pizza (4 large 8 slice)

* horse cake

* beverage (sweet tea & kool-aid)

* paper goods (plates, napkins, plastic ware & cups)

* hay ride

* ice cream buffet

* face painting

* horse shoe craft

* photo CD

* gift from Loose Rock Riding Center

If you would like something additional just let us know.

For example we will provide:

   * Pony Painting - $20. (warm days only)

   * Face Painting - $30.

   * Purchase of Hat and Bandana $5 each child.

   * Ice cream buffet - $25 (per 12 guests)

   * Photo CD - $35 per 12 guests (additional cds $5 each)

   * Horse shoe craft - $25. (per 12 guests)

   * Additional pizza for adults $10.

Traveling Party (We will bring the farm to your location)

 

 

First 15 miles are free $1.50 per mile after that.  I need your exact address to give you a travel fee quote.

Package 1   (for 10 children or less) one pony for 1 hour  100.00

Package 2   (for 10 children or less) one pony for 1 hour with paint the pony game  125.00

Package 3   (for 10 children or less) one pony for 1 hour with shaving pile treasure hunt game  150.00

Package 4   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 hour  150.00

Package 5   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 hour with paint the pony game   180.00

Package 6   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 1/2 hour  200.00

Package 7   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 1/2 hour  with paint the pony game 250.00  

Package 7   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 hour with shaving pile treasure hunt game 275.00

Package 8   (for 11-20 children) two pony for 1 hour  with paint pony game & shaving pile treasure hunt     325.00


Traveling Petting Zoo:  $125.00 First Hour $85.00 each additional Hour

Petting Zoo consists of mostly Farm Animals:

2 Pot bellied pigs, 2 Goats, 2 Rabbits, 1 Guinea Pig, Polish Crested chickens, 1 Mini horse, 1 Spotted donkey


Trackless Train:  $100.00 first hour $50.00 each additional hour *(for flat surfaces/no hills)  Our Train is four 55 gallon drums on wheels pulled by a 4 wheeler.

Pony Cake or John Deere Tractor cake   $ 35.00
Face painting  $ 30.00 (up to 20 children)
Horseshoe Craft  $3.00 (per Child) This is a real painted horse shoe the kids glue glitter & decorations on.
Photo CD of party & guests $5.00 (per Child)  This disk makes a good party favor.
