Boarding:

If you board with us you will have 24 hour access to your horse, use of our tack room, use of both arenas and furnished lounge. Your horse will have 24 hour access to coastal hay and/or grass. We plant rye grass in the winter. We have four large pastures for turnout that are kept clear of debris and dragged often. We never put more then five horses per pasture. Water troughs are scrubbed many times per week and are disinfected as needed. We bed on shavings or sand which ever you prefer. Our feed times vary so not to create sour attitudes around feeding time. In the winter we blanket and in the summer we fly mask. In extreme heat we run sprinklers for your horse to play in and keep cool. We take great pride in how happy and comfortable all our horses are at all times. They tend to get spoiled around here.

* Deworming and farrier care billed as incurred

   1) Darren Haeusler is our farrier (trimmings done every 6-8 wks) $15.00 extra charge for us to hold your horse for the farrier.

   2) We worm every 2 months and rotate wormers

* You provide your own box fan in summer

* Grooming required by you (no nags here!) We will groom and bath your horse for $20.00

* ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A WATERPROOF BLANKET AND FLY MASK PROVIDED BY YOU

Full Board:  

$300 per month includes -

* Your horses personal 12 x 12 stall, horse will only remain in the stall during harsh weather unless you

prefer otherwise

    1) mucked once per day

    2) water bucket cleaned & fresh water added daily

* blanketing in the winter

* fly masking in the summer

* Banks Mill’s “Elite” feed / Alfalfa pellets (feed times vary)

* Psyllium supplement 7 days per month (due to sandy soil/colic)

* Electrolytes in summer

* Mineral salt licks and fresh water in each pasture

* Night or Day time turnout which ever you prefer

Pasture Boarding: With Feed

$200 per month includes –

* 24 hour pasture turn out

* includes blanketing in the winter

* fly masking in the summer

* Banks Mill’s “Elite” feed / Alfalfa pellets (feed times vary)

* Psyllium supplement 7 days per month (due to sandy soil)

* Electrolytes in summer

* Mineral salt licks and fresh water in each pasture

Pasture Boarding: Without Feed

This is only for those fat and easy keepers!!

$175 per month includes –

* 24 hour pasture turn out

* includes blanketing in the winter

* fly masking in the summer

* Psyllium supplement 7 days per month (due to sandy soil)

* Electrolytes in summer

* Mineral salt licks and fresh water in each pasture
